How will my order ship?                                                                         

Delivery Information:

Orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time; 11:00 a.m. PST) Monday – Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST, or during holidays and weekends will ship the next business day.
GemaCo Corp will gladly ship your order to you or we will drop ship as specified on your order by the best method available. We have available shipping options domestic ground, domestic air, or international. Shipping charges, if applicable, are automatically calculated and added to your order per the rates in the table below. Transit times may vary depending on transit company services for weekends and/or holidays.  GemaCo preferred carriers are USPS and DHL.

Domestic Ground                                                                                 

GemaCo Corp offers free shipping on all domestic orders (continental U.S. only) valued at $500 or more (refer to Member section of website for details). Products exceeding size and/or weight limitations set by carriers may incur oversized surcharges these items will be noted in the description of the product.  You can obtain an estimated transit time for DHL orders by clicking on the link.  All other orders refer to Delivery Information section.

NOTE: Canadian Orders may ship via DHL Ground, see Domestic Ground above.

GemaCo Corp. complies with export documentation requirements as specified by US Government agencies.

Drop shipping to specified freight forwarder allowed – Please contact GemaCo for specific instructions.

Order tracking: Acknowledgement of your order and tracking number(s) will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your order.  Shipment tracking will also be emailed to you when your order ships.

What are my payment options?

All purchases require payment at the time the order is placed.  Your payment choices include Major Credit Cards – Visa, Master Card and Discover.

South Carolina Sales Tax                                                                        

By law GemaCo is required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

I need to make a return, what do I do?                                                  

While we would like for you to enjoy your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item GemaCo Corp will accept your return or exchange of the item as long as it in its original condition and packaging accompanied by original receipt and post marked within 15 days of invoice date.  Please follow the instructions below when making returns.

Return Instructions:

1. An authorization to return number, (ATR)   is required prior to shipment, please contact customerservice@gemacocorp.com.  Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns without an ATR number, returns made without an ATR will be sent back to sender
2. Any defective products must be returned and post marked within 15days of invoice date.
3. Packing slip or invoice from the original order must accompany product.
4. Returned product prepaid.  Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
5. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.  Failure to comply could result in a delay in processes your return.
6. The ATR number is valid for 15 days from date of issuance.
7. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the credit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The foregoing states buyer's exclusive remedies in connection with the performance of products purchased; seller makes no other warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the products sold there under. Products sold are hand crafted, therefore, imperfections such as varying sizes, colors, or textures are part of the natural process of each piece and are not damages, or  evidence of poor quality in workmanship or process. Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on said products. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the use and application of the products purchased. Seller shall not be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of, but not limited to, misuse, abuse, or otherwise use of products except for intended purposes of any products purchased. In no event will seller's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price of the products.

All GemaCo pieces/goods are guaranteed by the Artisan to be original design, and hand-made.  In addition, GemaCo’s warranties for exported goods may be voided. Title to goods purchased by buyer is retained by the seller until the product is paid for by the buyer and at that time title passes to buyer.

Jurisdiction                                                                                              

GemaCo Corp acceptance of a customer purchase order (agreement of transaction) does not imply acceptance of change in legal jurisdiction.  This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without applying the State’s conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, and where GemaCo Corp. is the prevailing party any and all legal fees and costs shall be the responsibility of the complainant.
