What are my payment options?

All purchases require payment at the time the order is placed.  Your payment choices include Major Credit Cards – Visa, Master and Discover.

Please provide the billing address and telephone number as it appears on your billing statement.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

By law GemaCo is required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

While we would like for you to enjoy your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item GemaCo Corp will accept your return or exchange of the item as long as it in its original condition and packaging accompanied by original receipt and post marked within 15 days of invoice date.  Please follow the instructions below when making returns.

Return Instructions:

1. An authorization to return number, (ATR)   is required prior to shipment, please contact customerservice@gemacocorp.com.  Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns without an ATR number, returns made without an ATR will be sent back to sender
2. Any defective products must be returned and post marked within 15days of invoice date.
3. Packing slip or invoice from the original order must accompany product.
4. Returned product prepaid.  Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
5. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.  Failure to comply could result in a delay in processes your return.
6. The ATR number is valid for 15 days from date of issuance.
7. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the credit.

All GemaCo pieces/goods are guaranteed by the Artisan to be original design, and hand-made. Certificate of Authenticity is sent with most pieces. In addition, GemaCo’s warranties for exported goods may be voided. Title to goods purchased by buyer is retained by the seller until the product is paid for by the buyer and at that time title passes to buyer.

GemaCo Corp acceptance of a customer purchase order (agreement of transaction) does not imply acceptance of change in legal jurisdiction.  This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without applying the State’s conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, and where GemaCo Corp. is the prevailing party any and all legal fees and costs shall be the responsibility of the complainant.

GemaCo Corp. is a strong advocate of respecting the privacy of its customers, Artisans, visitors and employees.  While we may ask for specific personal information (such as name, title, mailing address, email, etc) we use this data internally only. Credit card information collected on the Internet is not stored on any of our computers. Totumo triangular 3 footed candle holders, or any item where a flame is used should not be left unattended while candle is burning.  Candle should not be allowed to burn down completely so as to avoid damage and/or burning Totumo candle holder.  Keep away from children.

“Cardo” – traditionally used to lift nap on wool blankets, a dried plant with sharp pointed ends, use with care and keep away from children.
